Our Employment, Pensions and Immigration team comprises more than 50 specialists across our 12 offices nationwide and is led by Rena Magdani, National Head of Employment, Pensions & Immigration. The team provide a specialist employment law and HR advisory service to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. This includes advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards. We also advise senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship. We have established a reputation for providing timely responses and pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
