At Ascentria Care Alliance, we are currently hiring Assignment-Based Resettlement & Integration Coordinators to support refugees and immigrant families during periods of increased program demand, community growth, and special initiatives. These flexible, mission-driven opportunities help ensure individuals and families receive the support, advocacy, and resources they need to successfully build safe, stable, and independent lives.

About the Role

The Resettlement & Integration Coordinator plays a key leadership role within our Services for New Americans program by supporting case management operations, strengthening community partnerships, and helping coordinate high-quality services for refugee and immigrant families.

In this role, you may:

  • Support and guide case management staff, volunteers, and interns
  • Coordinate services, resources, and community partnerships
  • Assist families with housing, transportation, benefits, employment, and resettlement needs
  • Collaborate with local agencies, landlords, and community organizations
  • Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and service delivery
  • Provide direct support to refugee and immigrant families as needed
