professional recruiting work with an emphasis on casting a wide net to a
variety of applicant pools to support the University's strategic goals and
workforce needs. The individual provides best-practice recruitment strategies
and recommendations designed to attract, hire, and retain a highly qualified
workforce that enhances the University's mission and the student experience.
The position also fosters relationships and builds community partnerships with
internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the University's employment
brand and talent pipeline. Responsibilities include representing the University
at recruitment, educational, networking, and community engagement events, which
may require attendance during evenings and weekends.
Recruiting, work will be reviewed through meetings, reports, statistical
analysis, and observation of results.
