We’re looking for an Employment Pathways Advisor to connect people with a disability into meaningful employment. This is a recruitment-focused role, where you will support onboarding into Aruma’s Work Ready Program, Aruma’s Supported Employment or Open Employment within the community. Strong administration skills, efficiency in managing tasks, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
The Role
In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their support needs, and match candidates to suitable employment pathway options within Aruma. You’ll work closely with our teams and businesses to provide person-centred recruitment solutions to ensure success.
You’ll also play a vital part ensuring each applicant’s NDIS funding is matched employment opportunities, prepare and manage NDIS documentation, and liaise with NDIS supports to ensure all information is accurate, timely and compliant.
