This global law firm is creating a new employment practice in Hong Kong and seeks a dedicated employment specialist to lead and develop the offering. The successful partner will advise on the full spectrum of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including HR advisory, investigations, employee mobility, restructuring, and disputes. You will collaborate closely with the firm's corporate, regulatory, insurance, and commercial teams, contributing to multi‑disciplinary matters where employment input is increasingly central. A strong track record in managing client relationships, supervising teams, and delivering high‑quality, pragmatic advice is essential.
