Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• at least one year of general office experience
• at least one year of call center experience
• basic skills with Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• intermediate skills with Microsoft Word
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• flexible and adaptable to adjust style and approach in response to differing circumstances
• willingness to work extended hours as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• two or more years of clerical experience
• bilingual in English and Spanish
• general knowledge of HR processes and HRIS
• basic skills with SAP
• intermediate skills with BrassRing Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employment Eligibility System (EES), Physical Agility Test (PAT), and AMS (Applicant Management System)
• knowledge of Publix organizational structure and understanding of company and department policies
