What You Will Do
- Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay updated on employment law trends and legislative changes to inform client advisories.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–10 years of experience in employment litigation or related legal fields.
- Strong understanding of labor and employment law principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Preferred
- Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.
- Familiarity with employment law compliance and risk management strategies.
- Previous work in a large law firm or corporate legal department.
Compensation and Benefits
