Whatyou’lldo:

  • Providetimely,trustedand commercial advice on employment,partner,health andsafety andgeneralworkplacematters

  • Leadand advise oncomplexconduct and workplace investigations.

  • Drive initiatives to improve the firm’s approach to people matters andensure compliancewith evolving employment law obligations

  • Lead the firm’s response toemployee and partnerdisputes, including by managing external legal counsel.

  • Build strong and trusted relationships with internal clients and governance bodies

  • Collaborate with and support other corporate functions,including People& Culture, the Partnership OfficeandRiskand Compliance

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • Over2years’post-qualificationexperience in employment law matters, preferably witha mix of bothprivate practiceand in-houseexperience

  • Confidenceinadvisingsenior managementwithclear andconciseadvice(both written and verbal)

  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to buildstrongrelationships

  • Provenabilitytoidentifyand consider critical issues and articulate legaland reputationalrisksto supportrisk-based,commercial decisions

  • Experienceworking within aformal governanceframework to ensure consistency and appropriateness of decision making

  • Experience with modern awards, whistleblower matters and regulator engagement.
