We’re looking for an experienced Employment Counsel to join our Legal team and partner closely with our People Team and senior business leaders. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong employment law depth with sound judgment, practical communication and the ability to bring clarity in a fast-moving, international environment.
You’ll act as a trusted in-house employment law partner across a broad range of issues, helping Mews scale with the right legal frameworks, policies and ways of working. You’ll advise across the employee lifecycle, support complex and sensitive matters, and help turn legal complexity into practical guidance that our teams can use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, is comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity, and wants to help shape how Employment Legal supports a growing global business.
