JOB SUMMARY: Sycamores provides a spectrum of equitable mental health services through various programs to multicultural populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth.

The Purpose of the Employment Coordinator is to assist, coordinate and help implement our TAY workforce development program within the designated TAY programs and with all TAY program participants. This includes overseeing and managing TAY employment resources, workforce curriculum and workforce development training for other Youth Specialists and program participants in response to the needs of the TAY programs. This also includes gathering outcome data for our TAY workforce development, TAY collaborative curriculum and assessing success or barriers with the implementation process.

Starting Pay Range:

$22 - $25 per hour (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred;
• Maintains all required licenses and certifications.
• As this position requires regular and flexible travel between various client locations, driving is an essential function of this position. Candidate qualifications therefore include:
• Personal, reliable vehicle for travel to various locations.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Acceptable driving record as determined Agency policy.
• Proof of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
