In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering high quality employment contract services across Transport for NSW.

This role will see you prepare, and issue offer letters and employment contracts, including for senior executives while ensuring efficient, compliant processing of employment documentation and facilitating separation procedures in line with organisational policies. You’ll gain exposure to complex employment frameworks and contribute to a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.

You will coordinate and streamline employment documentation to enhance compliance, accuracy and service delivery in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You will navigate HR systems, collaborate across teams, and deliver people-focused administrative services.

About you

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies and compliance frameworks.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in HR systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, Objective, and ServiceNow.
