
Global Skills has recently been awarded contracts to deliver the Australian Government’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program in Central Western Sydney, Fairfield, Macarthur, Northern Sydney and Outer Western Sydney regions. The contracts were awarded following a tender carried out by the Department of Social Services and delivery of the program commenced on 1 November 2025.
IEA replaced Disability Employment Services; a program Global Skills has been delivering since 2006. Designed to create a more inclusive future for people with a disability, injury and/or a health condition, IEA places each person’s unique goals and needs at the heart of the program. Participants will receive personalised support to prepare for, secure and maintain meaningful employment.
We are looking for an Employment Consultant to join our Campbelltown team.
Provide and arrange customised, person-centred support to a diverse caseload of participants, including the development and implementation of personalised job plans, resume and career guidance, interview preparation and workshops, referral to training and complimentary services to support work preparation and job placement.
