About the Role
This is a dynamic role blending people support, sales, relationship building, and administration. Every day, you’ll help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and secure long‑term employment.
You will:
Support participants (including those with disability, injury, or long‑term unemployment) to become job‑ready
Market candidates to employers and generate new job opportunities
Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways
Drive employment outcomes through proactive engagement and advocacy
Success comes from balancing genuine people support with confident employer engagement and outcome delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with participants to understand their goals
Coach participants to be job‑ready and interview confident
Assist with resumes, job search strategies, and training pathways
Advocate for participants and secure job placements
Generate new opportunities through cold calls, employer visits, and business development
Maintain a strong employer pipeline and convert opportunities into placements
Promote the value of inclusive recruitment
Negotiate job trials, work experience, and wage subsidies
Achieve KPI targets across placements and engagement
Manage compliance, documentation, and participant progress
Celebrate milestones and successful outcomes

A current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
