What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment

• Helping individuals build confidence and recognise their strengths

• Providing creative solutions to overcome employment barriers

• Advocating for inclusive hiring practices

• Celebrating participant achievements and milestones

• Building strong relationships with local employers committed to diversity
