Due to continued program growth, Ironbark is seeking an Employment Advisor to join our Casuarina team. In this role you will contribute to the delivery of government-funded employment programs by providing person-centred case management, support to Jobseekers, and compliance with Workforce Australia requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of community needs, program compliance, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of Jobseekers.
You will manage a caseload of Jobseekers, working closely with each person to understand their strengths and barriers to employment. This includes developing Job Plans and linking Jobseekers to appropriate training and support services to help close skills gaps, address barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
The role also involves maintaining accurate and timely records in the relevant program systems and ensuring all documentation, appointments and referrals meet Workforce Australia guidelines. You will monitor progress, escalate risks early, and work collaboratively with internal teams while staying informed of local labour market trends to support positive employment outcomes.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
