Join us in delivering an exciting new ‘Sustainable Steps Wales’ contract, backed by Dormant Assets funding from The National Lottery Community Fund. This initiative aims to empower young people with disabilities and those from ethnically minoritised communities across Wales to launch careers in green industries. Over the next five years, you ’ll be part of a network of organisations building inclusive pathways, boosting confidence, teaching vocational and social skills, securing work placements and creating meaningful employment opportunities all across Wales.
This role is part of Fedcap UK’s Economic Development practice area and you will be working for ELITE Supported Employment.
Location: Magden Park, Llantrisant
Hours: Full-time 35.5 hours
Salary: £23,075 - £27,486 (pro-rata)
Driving license and own car are essential criteria for applicants due to the outreach nature of this role.
