By applying through this opening, you are applying specifically for the role of Employer Branding Intern

• Work closely with the HR team and provide major support for employer branding needs.
• Assist in ensuring the Employer Branding database (trackers and reports) are updated and effective.
• Support online and mainly offline Employer Branding activities such as partnerships and collaborations with Universities and professional communities.
• Support ad hoc hiring needs including job fair, campus hiring, and events alike.

Requirements:

• University students or fresh graduates majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Economy, or Management are preferred
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain trackers and administrative data accurately
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently with high ownership and accountability
• Prior experience in Employer Branding, especially in handling professional community events, is a plus
• Experience in external partnership processes and communications is highly preferred
• Basic social media content creation skills (e.g. Video Editing, Visual Designs)
