Title of the Position: Employer Branding Intern
Location: Panama City, Panama
Work Hours: Flexible working hours (20-40 hours weekly)
Profile: Active undergraduate student with a background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits program.
Duration: Minimum of 6 months.
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

As Employer Branding Intern in the Talent team you will:

  • Support local attraction and employment branding strategy for P&G, based on data analytics and market understanding
  • Making strategic choices on recruitment tools and resources that yield a high return of investment for the business
  • Work closely with our recruiters to develop an understanding of hiring needs
  • You will coordinate and collaborate with University teams consisting of great talent from different functions to deliver attraction and sourcing initiatives: events, job fairs, programs and many more
  • Support on the design & execution of employment brand campaigns
  • Supports local teams to create initiatives and action plans in line with the projected needs of the business and in line with the strategic plan for attraction and recruitment
  • Support on digital strategies for strategic recruitment, awareness and employer brand positioning externally

Job Qualifications

  • Active university student of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related
  • Interest in social media strategies and content creation
  • Learning agility / resilience– able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment

Hard Skills:

  • Advanced English level, B2+ or above.

Soft Skills:

  • Effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
  • Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
