Employer Branding Intern

of the role:

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in employer branding, recruitment, and marketing. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping and promoting our employer brand across global and local markets.

You will be embedded within the Talent Acquisition and Branding team, supporting employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and content creation while learning how organizations attract and engage top talent. You will also collaborate with colleagues across different locations, contributing to a highly connected and international team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in the development and execution of employer branding strategies and initiatives

• Support the planning and delivery of employer brand events and campaigns

• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding

• Collaborate with internal teams to support employee engagement initiatives

• Assist in managing social media channels and creating content for employer branding purposes

• Support the development and maintenance of employer branding materials (e.g. job descriptions, career pages, recruitment marketing content)

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and ideation activities

• Contribute ideas to strengthen our employer brand and improve candidate attraction strategies

What you’ll bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, HR, Communications, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Interest in employer branding, recruitment, and marketing
