Job Description
We are looking for a talented Employer Brand Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team specializing in Communications for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Execute marketing initiatives and key rhythm-of-business activities that support team objectives and drive brand visibility.
- Coordinate marketing communications projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop, compile, and support social media content creation efforts that effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate across teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows and virtual events that strengthen customer engagement and brand connections.
- Ensure marketing materials and activities align with Cummins brand standards and messaging guidelines.
- Collect, coordinate, and input campaign data to support performance measurement and marketing insights.
- Apply digital marketing tools, trends, and channel knowledge to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance audience reach.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Has experience managing corporate social media channels and content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong copywriting/writing skills highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow.
Additional Information:
- This role supports Global Talent Acquisition through employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts that help attract talent to the company.
- The position is responsible for content creation and management across social media, the Cummins Careers website, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other candidate-facing communications and technologies.
- Develops visual content using tools such as Adobe Express and supports basic video editing for social media, employee stories, recruitment campaigns and digital communications.
- Assists with reporting and measurement of social media and digital marketing performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.
