We believe in people and shared values SELECT That’s why, together with Alona Lytvyn, Head of Communications, we’re looking for an Employer Brand Manager who will build and scale a strong employer brand and make Headway top of mind for talent in Ukraine and beyond.
You will join the Communications Team — an independent business function. This means your work will directly impact business performance, not just support it.
The team builds reputation, trust, and awareness through bold and creative communication. Here, you’ll have the freedom to propose ideas, test hypotheses, and launch impactful initiatives that shape how the company is perceived on the talent market.
Drive employer brand as a strategic business lever — shaping perception, influencing hiring outcomes, and strengthening Headway’s position on the market.
Own and execute cross-channel initiatives — from idea to launch — working with internal teams, vendors, and budgets.
Create and scale initiatives that combine creativity with measurable impact.
Build a strong, distinctive employer brand that becomes a top-of-mind and love mark for talent, supporting business growth through awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Build and evolve Employer Brand strategy (EVP, messaging, tone of voice).
Launch and manage cross-channel Employer Brand campaigns end-to-end.
Develop and scale communication channels to drive awareness and engagement.
Drive employee advocacy and experiment with new formats.
Organize and execute events (conferences, career events, partnerships).
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve candidate journey.
Track performance and optimize based on Employer Brand metrics.
Lead projects and manage vendors, partners, and budgets.
4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
1+ year of experience in Employer Branding.
Strong understanding of IT market and EVP development.
Ability to build brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
Experience with communication channels (PESO model) and hiring funnels.
Experience launching cross-channel campaigns (awareness & lead generation).
Strong copywriting skills.
Experience organizing events and partnerships.
Project management skills and ability to work with vendors.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics.
English — B2+.

This is a full-time position based in Kyiv with a hybrid setup. We stay flexible, but for this role our focus is on working from the office most of the time — it helps to stay close to context, and most of the team are based in Kyiv.
