Since 1998, CECOS College London has been recognised as a prestigious name in further and higher education in the UK. Our mission is to provide and promote opportunities for personal, professional and academic growth for students from all backgrounds. The programmes that we offer are market-oriented and are structured to meet the demands of the future. Our courses help each individual develop the tools, gain the skills, and enhance the abilities required to become a productive individual. CECOS offers its students an educational experience which is shaped by commitment, enthusiasm, discipline, effectiveness, insight and creativity: an educational experience which can withstand the demands of the contemporary world. We prepare all our students for the next stage of their life, whether it’s a progression to achieve a university degree or to apply their skills and knowledge in the market.
We are looking for a persuasive, target-driven Employer and Learner Engagement Manager to
build relationships with employers, referral partners and community organisations, recruit
learners onto our programmes and secure employment opportunities for unemployed adults
across our delivery regions.
This is a varied and flexible multi-region role with London serving as the primary base. The
majority of your time will be spent supporting our London contracts and operations; however,
you will also be expected to support other regions as required, particularly Bradford and
Birmingham.
For over 25 years, CECOS College London has helped people transform their lives through
education, training and employment support. As we continue to grow across the UK, we are
seeking an individual who can generate employer demand, build referral networks and support
learner recruitment across multiple contracts and regions.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, responsive to changing priorities and comfortable
working across employer engagement, learner recruitment and partnership development
activities.
You will operate in a role similar to a recruiter and business development professional,
promoting both candidates and the training that helps make them productive and work-ready
from day one.
