Commensurate with Experience / Selon l’expérienceWe are seeking an Employee Wellness Specialist, to support NAV CANADA’s Health and Wellness Strategy and assist in the implementation of initiatives by engaging stakeholders, planning, championing and delivering wellness initiatives to the business that increase employee engagement and support a wellness culture.
Reporting to the Manager, Health & Wellness, the Employee Wellness Specialist, assists in the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of company-wide total wellbeing initiatives. The Employee Wellness Specialist also contributes to the development of programs that create awareness and enhance motivation and provides tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.
The Employee Wellness Specialist also provides support to the NAV CANADA wellness programs that include Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), The Chemical Dependency Education and Rehabilitation Program (CDERP), Light the Way and Thrive.
