  • Assist with staffing enquiries and workforce coordination requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve booking and system issues.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workforce projects.

Work Pattern

This role supports services during peak staffing periods and operates across a rotating roster.

You will work a combination of:

  • 6:30am to 12:30pm
  • 11:30am to 5:30pm

Flexibility to work both shift patterns is an essential requirement of the role.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
  • A positive, team-focused approach and a willingness to learn.

Experience working in a busy customer service, call centre, recruitment or staffing environment will be highly regarded. We're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace, communicating with a wide range of people and helping services find staffing solutions.

Experience in workforce planning, rostering, recruitment or the early childhood sector will be highly regarded.

Why Join KU?
