Job Description
Find your line at Mt. Hood Meadows, where we turn passion into purpose by delivering unforgettable experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning mountain settings. We believe in creating moments that matter — for our guests, for each other, and for the community. Apply today and join a team that fully embodies the mountain lifestyle.
Bring your people-focused approach and ability to get things done behind the scenes to Mt. Hood Meadows. As our Employee Services & Uniform Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their experience at the resort while helping ensure our teams have the resources, information, and equipment they need to be successful.
This unique position combines employee services and HR support with hands-on uniform and laundry operations. You'll help with onboarding, employee services, HR systems, communications, and employee programs while also managing the distribution, inventory, cleaning, organization, and return of uniforms and gear across the resort. You'll work closely with team members and department leaders resort wide to keep both employee services and uniform operations running smoothly.
No two days in this role are exactly alike. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, approachable, resourceful, and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on work.
