The key purpose of this role is to execute and effectively deliver the transactional People Service processes, ensuring that business needs are consistently being met. This includes: Effectively addressing employee queries, ensuring queries are resolved within SLA, drive a customer service mindset, ensure accurate and timeous maintenance of employee data in relevant systems to ensure high employee data integrity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Agile Ways of Working:

  • As a squad member, this role is responsible for collaboration and embracing the change of agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and shared responsibility.
  • It requires ownership of work, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the squad.

Delivery outputs:

  • Maintain a customer service mind set to deliver quality transactional and high-volume people services to all Business Units, across all people / work levels
  • Regular upskilling on Zone People processes to ensure continuous support to all Business Units across the Zone.
  • Ensure that all personal employee data change requests on Workday, SAP and Payspace are processed timeously and accurately.
  • Ensure effective and efficient query response and resolution in accordance with agreed SLA, including general enquires related to policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that overall employee data integrity is maintained, and that the Workday HR system remains effective
  • Deliver on the continuous improvement of operational processes by assisting the Employee Services Lead in identifying opportunities and driving implementation of strategies to close gaps
  • Collaborate closely with Global teams and leverage best practices.
  • Support Zone Employees, Managers and BPs with providing adequate and timeous responses to all employee queries

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, or related discipline or an equivalent experience
  • SAP HR, Workday and ServiceNow system experience preferred
  • Knowledge of People Policies across the Zone required
