
Employee Relations Specialist (Qatarization)
Role Purpose:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital services office. The job holder will be the custodian and responsible for managing the administration of the approved Human capital policies and procedures. The job holder will play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience by providing exemplary services.
Key Responsibilities:
Necessary knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of human resources experience of which a minimum of 2 to 3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
Education and Certification requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business administration.
