About us
Fusion, the process that powers the sun and stars, is one of the most promising options for generating the cleaner, carbon-free energy that our world badly needs. UKAEA leads the way in realizing fusion energy, partnering with industry and research organisations to achieve ground-breaking advancements. Our goal is to bring fusion electricity to the grid by developing the power stations of tomorrow and the skilled workforce to deliver them.
This is a specialist role for an experienced ER professional who enjoys managing complex cases, influencing policy, and supporting managers through challenging people issues. You will play a key role in ensuring employee relations matters are managed consistently, fairly and in line with employment law, best practice and UKAEA policy.
Working closely with the business partnering team, trade union representatives and legal colleagues, you will help shape policy, build organisational capability and use data-driven insights to improve employee relations outcomes across the business.
