Join the Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE) and play a key role in fostering a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees by providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance management, and workplace practices.
You will lead and support employee relations investigations, helping leaders navigate complex situations with consistency, professionalism, and sound judgment. From coaching managers on performance concerns and disciplinary processes to providing recommendations on employee relations matters, you will help ensure alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and organizational values.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Disability Management, and HR Centers of Excellence, to address workplace issues, support accommodations and leave-related matters, and enhance overall employee experience. Through trend analysis, training, and continuous improvement efforts, you will help identify opportunities to strengthen employee relations practices and proactively address workplace challenges.
