Job Description

Join ALUMIL as an Employee Relations Consultant and become a vital part of fostering a positive and productive workplace culture within our dynamic organization.

As an Employee Relations Consultant at ALUMIL, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing innovative employee experience strategies that align with our business goals and drive meaningful results.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and staff, addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting fair treatment and communication across all levels of the organization.

Your role will be instrumental in building a cohesive and motivated workforce aligned with our company's values and goals. As a valued member of the Organizational Development department, you'll also actively contribute to exciting HR projects across Alumil Group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement employee relations strategies and best practices to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations matters, including compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Train HR representatives of subsidiaries abroad and support the implementation of employee relation policies and procedures to secure compliance across Group.
  • Promote open communication and employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and collaboration.
  • Conduct internal interviews and surveys and analyze employee feedback across all levels of hierarchy in a timely manner, to conclude with targeted actions that improve employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support training programs related to employee relations and workplace ethics.
  • Lead and/or participate in HR projects focused on employee relations field.
  • Lead the design and execution of the Employee Satisfaction Survey for Alumil S.A., while guiding international subsidiaries through its implementation; analyze results and support the development and execution of targeted action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be highly considered.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
