Join a team of employee relations professionals with experience in problem solving, risk assessment and care in handling other employee relations matters to ensure objective and consistent outcomes. Partner both hands-on and strategically with critical cross functional partners, people managers and employees through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate an innovative, high-performing environment. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex, high-stakes employee relations matters including performance cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution across multiple business units in EMEA
* Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
* Proactively assess the team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
* Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work
* Help balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives
* Help design and facilitate Manager Training based on data analysis
* Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
* Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
* Plan, execute, and evaluate complex assignments that have an impact in region or with the clients supported
* Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organization
* Build collaborative and productive working relationships
* Model professional conduct and build trust with stakeholders through consistent, transparent communication and follow-through
* Builds an internal community (for example, supports others, shows respect, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well)
* Actively involved in interviewing and on-boarding new employees

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role
* Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
* Effective communication and critical thinking skills
* Demonstrates empathy and experience driving high impact work
* Demonstrates project management and change management experience
* Demonstrated experience adapting to a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams
* Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
* Experience helping global and/or matrix organizations scale
* Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and structured problem-solving approaches
* Experience in consulting, coaching, and facilitating discussions with managers and leadership on employee relations matters Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Hebrew speaking
* BA/BS degree in relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, or related field)
