The Opportunity

Take the next step in your employee relations career with a role that gives you genuine exposure to case management and workplace investigations. Joining our Employee Relations team in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, you’ll work alongside experienced ER and HR professionals, supporting workplace matters from initial documentation through to investigation and resolution.

You’ll move beyond generalist HR support, deepen your ER experience and build the judgement and capability that comes from working on real and varied employee matters.

• Support employee relations case management and workplace investigations to help deliver timely and consistent outcomes.
• Gather documentation and prepare reports to support thorough workplace investigations.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation to support compliance with workplace policies and processes.
• Collaborate with senior Employee Relations and HR team members to resolve matters and build your employee relations capability.

About You

You’ve already built a foundation in HR or employee relations and are ready for an opportunity that will give you greater exposure to ER case work and workplace investigations. You’re organised, curious and comfortable managing sensitive information, with the judgement to approach workplace matters thoughtfully and professionally.

• Experience in HR or employee relations, with practical exposure to managing or supporting ER cases and workplace investigations.
• Experience working with a large, operational or industrial workforce.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, workplace policies and contemporary employee relations practices.
• Confidence working through sensitive or complex employee matters, using sound judgement and maintaining confidentiality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing case documentation, investigation materials, reports or other sensitive or confidential workplace correspondence.
