We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and strengthen employee relations practices across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, HR teams, and business leaders, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters and ensuring that workplace practices remain fair, consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of employment practices, labor regulations, workplace policies, and employee relations processes. You will play a key role in resolving workplace concerns, supporting managers with sensitive employee matters, and promoting a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on Employee Relations matters.
- Provide guidance to managers, HR teams, and business leaders on employee relations issues and appropriate courses of action.
- Lead employee relations initiatives designed to promote a positive, respectful, and productive workplace.
- Support the consistent interpretation and implementation of employee policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Ensure adherence to applicable employment and labor laws, internal policies, and the organization's Code of Conduct.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, and proactively manage employee relations risks.
- Handle sensitive workplace matters with confidentiality, objectivity, and sound judgment.
- Support investigations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and other employee relations activities as required.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and business units to maintain a consistent approach to employee relations across the organization.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace practices.
- Provide recommendations to leadership on employee relations trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and strengthen best practices, frameworks, and processes related to employee relations.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of employee relations initiatives.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, HR Business Partnering, or a closely related function.
- Strong understanding of employee relations practices, labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace compliance
- Experience handling sensitive employee matters, grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes, and workplace concerns.
- Strong ability to advise and influence managers, senior leaders, and HR stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Experience working across multiple business units, locations, or large organizational environments.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, Code of Conduct, and organizational governance.
- Ability to identify employee relations risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational requirements and compliance obligations.
