Job Description

Objective

As a production employee (M/F/D), you will make a significant contribution to the timely, quality- and efficiency-oriented manufacture of our products. You will ensure smooth production processes and make an important contribution to achieving our corporate goals through careful working methods and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

• Operation and continuous monitoring of production facilities in accordance with applicable
• work instructions
• Immediate reporting of malfunctions and deviations to the responsible manager
• Monitoring of product quality and quantity based on specified characteristics, as well as performing worker self-checks and participating in quality training
• Performing all activities necessary for manufacturing with careful, safe, and cost-conscious use of tools and materials
• Sorting out defective products from ongoing production and proper
• labeling according to specified criteria
• Immediate reporting of quality deviations to upstream and downstream production areas
• Complete documentation of all activities using specified forms and entries in the system
• Transfer of all relevant information to subsequent plant operators to ensure a

smooth production process

Position Requirements

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and, if necessary, in a 4-shift system
• High degree of flexibility, strong commitment, and ability to work under pressure
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

Beneficial Skills

• Valid forklift license is an advantage
