We’re looking for an Employee Lifecycle Specialist with German to ensure seamless execution of all employee lifecycle processes and deliver high-quality HR service.


This is your chance to take ownership of key HR processes and help ensure smooth operations for our German-speaking employees.

About the Job

  • Perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as onboarding, probation, ends of employment) and ensure changes and documentation are delivered according to the defined KPIs

  • Maintain data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle

  • Handle HR mailbox, dispatch and answer employee’s inquiries

  • Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, reference letters)

  • Process HR tasks in SAP and Workday (hiring, termination, organizational and personal changes, creation of new org units)

  • Process of employee’s inquiries using ServiceNow

  • Update operational manuals and create knowledge articles for ServiceNow

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferably in an international multicultural environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of German language B2/C1 (speaking and writing)

  • Fluent English language (speaking and writing)

  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

  • Education in Finance or HR – nice to have

  • Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow or other similar systems)

  • Ability to demonstrate company values on the job: strive for continuous improvement, show active engagement and teamwork and customer orientation
