Job Description


  • Assisting
    talent management functions including recruiting tasks (sourcing resumes,
    scheduling interviews and following up with candidates etc.), payroll
    management, training and development etc.

  • Supporting
    the Employee Engagement Officer to compile and manage employee documentation
    and records and keep the employee database up to date.

  • Assisting
    with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating
    all updates to employees.

  • Maintaining
    the departmental email account, responding to employee questions and complaints
    in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assisting
    with the daily operations of various Employee Experience functions and duties
    including tracking employee attendance, leaves etc.

  • Processing
    documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (employee
    engagement, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

  • Coordinating
    communication with employees and internal stakeholders.

  • Requirements


    • Minimum of a degree in a
      social science/numerical discipline

  • At least 2
    years of relevant
    experience in Human Resources Management
