Roles and Responsibilities:

We're looking for an Employee Experience & Office Manager to join our Tel Aviv team. This is a full-time, permanent role that sits at the intersection of operational excellence and people culture, and reports directly to the Israel HR Director.

You'll be the heartbeat of our office: keeping things running smoothly, building a workplace people love to come to, and create an outstanding employee experience at every stage of the employee journey.

1. Office:

  • Own the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring a productive, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
  • Manage vendors, facilities, office supplies, equipment, budgets, and ongoing operational needs.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, calendars, and administrative support as needed.
  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events, including Global Calls, offsites, hackathons, conferences, and executive visits.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of all operational initiatives.
  • Support operational onboarding processes, including equipment setup, workspace readiness, and Day 1 logistics.

2. Employee Experience:

  • Own employee experience yearly plan and wellness initiatives, including its execution and budget management.
  • Support employees throughout their lifecycle by creating meaningful experiences around milestones, achievements, anniversaries, and key personal and professional moments.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and company culture across global teams.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience as an Office Manager or Employee Experience Manager; startup experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers
  • Creative problem solver with a strong bias for action and building from scratch
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience in event production or end-to-end event management is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
