We're hiring an Employee Experience & Admin Senior Manager to lead Alma Lasers' employee experience, wellbeing and site administration activities.

The role is primarily focused on our Israel headquarters, with involvement in selected global initiatives and collaboration with HR teams across the organization.

We're looking for someone with a sharp mind, a genuine passion for people, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives without missing the details — someone who can think creatively and strategically while remaining highly hands-on and execution-focused.

What You'll Own

• Build and execute the annual employee experience and wellbeing plan, aligned with business priorities, employee needs and budget.
• Lead employee experience initiatives from concept to execution, including onboarding, recognition, celebrations, lifecycle moments, holidays, happy hours, team-building activities and company events.
• Own and execute large-scale offsites and company events, including the annual company retreat and management conference, managing vendors, logistics and hundreds of participants end to end.
• Create relevant and creative experiences that strengthen employees' connection to the company, its culture and business priorities.
• Manage the Employee Experience and Administration team, overseeing the day-to-day services that support employees and the site — including reception, kitchen and pantry services, office equipment, hosting and related logistics.
• Own the employee experience budget and manage vendors, negotiations, timelines, branding, communication, production and logistics.
• Partner closely with managers, HRBPs and internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions, and support relevant global initiatives alongside HR teams across locations.
• Collect feedback and relevant data to continuously improve the plan and its execution.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in employee experience, welfare, engagement or a similar role, including experience managing a team.
• Proven experience building and executing an annual employee experience or wellbeing plan.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and events from concept through execution.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and operational processes.
• Experience in internal communications and branding.
• Strong ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Genuine creativity and a can-do approach, from initiative to execution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Excellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a global environment — an advantage.
