Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.
We are looking for a dynamic individual for the Employee Experience Manager position in our New York office. Employee Experience Manager roles span across our company in realms such as administrative support, accounting & finance, and operations — sharing common goals and key elements.
As a Employee Experience Manager, you’ll help us achieve our mission by representing the company in managing business support for diverse cultures and policies, being a touch point for internal teams and C-level executives, and by serving as a knowledge resource for the entire community. The position will support the company in all HR and business administration functions, as well as office management, and event/project coordination. We are a small team based in New York City, requiring a lot of hats, ideas and passion for all things.
Responsibilities
- Office / Employee Environment
- Keep shared spaces spotless and organized; Manage custodial services and vendor relationships to ensure consistent upkeep.
- Proactively own company assets, inventory, shipping of confidential items, and storage organization.
- Resolve office-related issues (maintaining pantry area, trash overflow, supply shortages, disorganization) promptly and effectively
- Logistics: Shipping/Mailing company confidential items
- POC for Building management office and vendor/guest registrations for visits.
- Leadership Alignments & Process Improvements
- Project Support: Assist other departments with logistics for workshops, vendor meetings, and client visits.
- Coordinate office leadership syncs; track decisions and follow-through.
- Action items from leadership syncs closed on time, with clear documentation.
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and team experience.
- Finance & HR Support
- Act as a reliable point of contact between NY and global offices; communicate process updates clearly and on time.
- Support finance (expense tracking, invoices) and HR (policy comms, operation).
- Share proactive updates on office improvements, policy changes, and upcoming initiative
- Review accuracy of finance related documents and track expenditures
- Organize and record all events and ongoing projects
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with team leads to prepare welcome kits, desk setups, it setups, and orientation materials for new hires.
- Event Coordination: Organize team-building activities, office celebrations, and cultural events that foster engagement.
- Act as a liaison between our global offices to ensure alignment regional teams and interests
Requirements
- Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to details
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters 0-2 years professional work experience in a business setting (accounting, finance, operations, HR etc.). Proficiency in MS Office or Any accounting software is a plus.
- Sound judgment in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel when needed
