Deloitte Israel Deloitte Israel is seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Employee Experience Manager to join our dynamic HR team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping a positive workplace environment, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring that every team member enjoys a meaningful and rewarding experience throughout their journey at Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Implement engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs across the organization
• Organize internal events, recognition programs, and team-building activities
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business teams to strengthen the employee journey
• Support effective internal communication related to employee experience
• Support and promote community outreach projects (Corporate Social Responsibility / volunteering), and inclusion initiatives and campaigns aligned with Deloitte people strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, employee experience, or a related role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hebrew)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach
• Strong understanding of budget management
• Understanding the none-profit ecosystem in Israel – an advantage

• שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם קולגות ב‑HR ועם צוותי העסק לחיזוק מסע העובד/ת
• תמיכה בתקשורת פנים‑ארגונית אפקטיבית בנושאי חוויית עובד/ת תמיכה וקידום פרויקטים של מעורבות בקהילה (אחריות תאגידית/התנדבות)
• יוזמות וקמפיינים של הכלה (Inclusion) בהתאם לאסטרטגיית האנשים של Deloitte

Requirements Hebrew

• דרישות 3+ שנות ניסיון רלוונטי במשאבי אנוש, חוויית עובד/ת או תפקיד דומה כישורים בין-אישיים ויכולות תקשורת מצוינות (עברית ואנגלית)
• יכולת לנהל מספר פרויקטים במקביל ולעמוד בלוחות זמנים כישורי ארגון חזקים וירידה לפרטים עבודת צוות לצד גישה חיובית ופרואקטיבית
• הבנה טובה בניהול תקציב היכרות עם האקוסיסטם של המגזר השלישי (עמותות) בישראל – יתרון
