Employee Experience Lead

(Fixed term contract)

The Lead, Employee Experience will focus on supporting McCormick’s global recognition and global wellbeing program development and execution, as well as providing ad hoc employee experience support across our organization. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, the Global Recognition Center of Excellence, the Wellbeing team, and functional leaders to design, launch, and refine programs that elevate employee engagement, reinforce our values, and drive measurable impact. The Lead is a key member of the Global Organizational Effectiveness team and reports to the Director, Wellbeing and Employee Experience.

What You Will Do

  • Support the design, launch, and ongoing delivery of global recognition programs, including the C.P. McCormick Award, Impact Award, and Bravo platform campaigns.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to create engaging recognition experiences for employees.
  • Define success measures, gather feedback, analyze participation data, and recommend program improvements.
  • Help coordinate global wellbeing initiatives, including World Wellbeing Week campaigns, digital wellbeing solutions, and Employee Assistance Program communications.
  • Maintain centralized calendars for recognition and wellbeing activities, track progress, and prepare reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Support management of program budgets and collaborate with Finance and external partners as needed.
  • Develop clear, engaging communications, presentations, and supporting materials for employees and leaders.
  • Provide project support for broader Employee Experience and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
  • Solid experience in HR, employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, or a related field within a global corporate environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into practical program improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a changing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and consulting skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Experience in employee experience or employee engagement roles within a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering programs across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Basic understanding of change management principles.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools and employee recognition platforms.

Compensation: starting from PLN 10,791 gross per month

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
