As an Analytics Solutions Associate, within the Employee Experience Product Intelligence Team, you will contribute to the full analytics lifecycle, from data preparation and pipeline development through to dashboard delivery and insight generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Sigma Computing, translating complex data into clear, visually compelling narratives that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Use Alteryx to build and maintain automated data workflows that consolidate inputs from multiple systems, improving the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and replace them with scalable, repeatable solutions.
Leverage Databricks to query, transform, and analyze large datasets, supporting the development of robust analytics pipelines that underpin dashboard and reporting products.
Familiarity with SQL and working within a modern data stack is essential to success in this area.
Proactively interrogate data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed and develop the ability to move from observation to recommendation, framing findings in terms of business impact and proposed next steps.
Uphold rigorous standards for data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all analytics and reporting work, operating in full alignment with the firm's data privacy and compliance requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Human Resources, or a closely related field; 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a data-focused role
Hands-on proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, and Sigma Computing.
Strong foundational skills in SQL and comfort working with large, structured datasets.
Self-starter who takes ownership of their work, manages their own priorities, and delivers quality outputs on time without requiring close supervision.
Ability to generate genuine insights from data, to move beyond describing what the numbers say toward explaining why it matters and what should be done about it.
Analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving are core to this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to present analytical findings clearly and confidently to stakeholders who may not share a technical background.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Master's degree preferred; Prior experience working with employee experience metrics would be a meaningful differentiator.
Demonstrated experience automating manual reporting processes or building reusable analytics workflows, particularly within
Experience developing calculated fields, parameters, or advanced visualization logic within Tableau or Sigma Computing beyond standard out-of-the-box functionality is a plus.
Exposure to agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog management, or product lifecycle participation.
