The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 71,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.
Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.
Meet the People team
Our People team powers this growth by creating the space, support, and empowerment LEAPsters (and our wider group teams) need to do the best work of their careers. From first day to final day, we make every experience count.
What you'll do
As the Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll shape how it feels to work at LEAP from the moment someone says yes. This is a hands-on role at the creative intersection of people and marketing, where you’ll help bring thoughtful, well-organised and memorable experiences to life for our LEAPsters across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll be the engine behind the moments that matter, from welcoming new starters to celebrating milestones and connecting people through social, cultural and community moments. You’ll also help bring our culture to life online, creating warm, human content for our intranet and internal channels. The things that matter should feel like they matter, and landing that is your job.
Based in Sydney with a hybrid working model, you’ll work closely with local teams while coordinating with contacts in other offices and regions. It is a brilliant role for a curious, proactive self-starter with creative flair, someone keen to fast-track a career in people, employee experience or organisational development. AI is part of how we work, so you’ll be someone who reaches for it to work smarter and is excited to find new ways to put it to use.
To make this happen, you will:
- Create memorable experiences, from a new starter's first morning to milestones and celebrations.
- Manage recognition, benefits and merchandise, keeping each program organised and genuinely appreciated.
- Keep the experience running smoothly, owning the logistics and planning behind the scenes so every moment lands.
- Bring our culture to life through content, creating warm, human stories for our intranet and internal channels.
- Coordinate across locations, partnering with our Sydney team and other offices.
- Bring ideas to life, spotting a moment worth marking and making it happen.
- Put AI to work across your day, reaching for it to work smarter and free up time for the human touch.
What you'll bring:
- A passion for people and experience, and genuine care for how it feels to be part of a team.
- Some experience behind you, in people, marketing, events or a related field.
- A flair for communication and creativity, you write well and like making things look and feel considered.
- Relationship skills, you build trust quickly and work easily across teams and seniority.
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude, you lift the room and get stuck in.
- Organisation and follow-through, you juggle moving parts and close the loop without being chased.
- Attention to detail, because you know that is where experience is won or lost.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, you would rather start than wait to be asked.
- Growth mindset, you are curious, open to feedback and always learning.
- An appetite for AI, you are excited to put it to work and find new ways to use it.
You are the type of person who
- Notices the small things, a name remembered, an onboarding pack ready, a moment marked, and knows they add up to how people feel.
- Loves bringing people together and gets a real kick out of seeing an event or celebration land well.
- Is organised by instinct and happy juggling a few things at once without dropping the ball.
- Communicates with warmth and clarity, in person and in writing.
- Takes the initiative, spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
- Is curious and open, always looking for a smarter or kinder way to do things, including with AI.
