Job Description

Cottage Health seeks a temporary (one year) Employee Experience Coordinator. The Employee Experience Coordinator supports the mission, goals and objectives of Cottage Health and provides administrative support to all Employee Experience departments. Coordinates a variety of processes and activities including bonus tracking, corrective action tracking, orientation preparation, class scheduling/materials/evaluations, LMS administration, and HR related surveys. Schedules meetings, orders supplies and supports Shared Governance, task teams and committees as needed.

  • Provides administrative support for all Employee Experience Departments. Supports LOA and Reasonable Accommodation Processes. Orders and manages supplies. Provides other office support including special projects.
  • Coordinates Learning & Change activities: Prepares for new hire orientation. Prepares class materials. Schedules meetings and classes. Prepares and compiles data from class evaluations. Enters data into Compass Learning as needed. Provides administrative support to the Leadership Development Program. Administrative resource for Learning Management System responsibilities.
  • Supports Employee Relations investigations and cases. Coordinates confidential employee information upon request. Reviews and retrieves personnel information from employee personnel files and HRIS. Organizes and maintains documents for Employee Relations and outside counsel. Supports personnel file checks for internal promotions, transfers, and rehires. Develops grievance binders at the direction of the Employee Relations team.
  • Supports Cottage Health's Shared Governance Coordinating Council task teams, committees, and C3 event.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, using the standard of 2 years of experience equals 1 year of education.



TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum:

  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.


Preferred:

  • Above plus expert level Excel.
