Your Role:

As the Employee Engagement Lead – US, you will help create a connected, engaging, and positive employee experience by supporting the execution of employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and employee-focused communications across Contract Testing Services (CTS). You will partner with leaders, HR, employee groups, and cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life, strengthen employee connection, and support clear and effective communication across the organization.

This is an on-site role based at our Rockville, Maryland location, enabling close partnership with employees and leaders while supporting a strong and connected site culture. This highly visible individual contributor role will focus on US employee engagement priorities while contributing to global CTS initiatives, sharing best practices, and supporting consistent employee experiences across sites.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, employee experience, HR programs, project/program management, change management, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating employee programs, communications, events, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience creating employee-facing materials, presentations, written communications, or digital content.
  • Experience working with digital collaboration, communication, or productivity platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, organizational culture, change management, or related areas within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing employee engagement campaigns, newsletters, leadership communications, employee stories, or communication plans.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership meetings, employee forums, all-hands meetings, Q&A sessions, or organizational events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify information and create clear, engaging employee messages.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize priorities, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions, levels, and geographies.
  • Experience using creative and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365 applications, video editing platforms, or similar tools).
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, or new technologies to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ability to develop visually engaging content using multimedia, design, and digital platforms while following corporate branding guidelines.
  • Experience tracking budgets, monitoring expenses, forecasting needs, and supporting responsible allocation of financial resources.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a global environment with evolving priorities.

Pay Range for this position: $130,400 - $195,600

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
