THE JOB:

As an Employee Dining Room Attendant at MGM Grand, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in required areas. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.6956 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in required areas
  • Keep assigned area maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures and stocked with china, glasses and condiments or food product
  • Keep equipment and furniture properly maintained, clean, and free of marks
  • Maintain cleanliness of diner tables, assists in removal of trays, wiping of tables and straightening of chairs
  • Sweep and vacuum flooring
  • Know how to dismantle clean and reassemble food service equipment
  • Report emergencies and maintenance needs to supervisor
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 18+ Years old
  • 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
