Join our high-performing Employee Development team as an Employee Development Analyst, where you’ll enhance HR systems, optimize user experiences, and drive continuous improvement across a workforce of more than 11,000 employees. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to support system maintenance, lead process enhancements, and deliver impactful learning and training initiatives that create meaningful organizational value.

NOTE – This is a 12-month temporary full-time position with the possibility of conversion into permanent.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for the Oracle HCM Learning module, delivering high-impact support and an exceptional end-user experience
  • Drive meaningful change by contributing to system enhancements, policy updates, and large-scale implementation initiatives
  • Lead and execute testing for new features and system upgrades to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery
  • Design and deliver engaging training materials and sessions that enable adoption and elevate user capability
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR teams to identify opportunities and advance continuous improvement initiatives
  • Solve complex system challenges by analyzing performance gaps, recommending innovative solutions, and strengthening processes

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 1–3 years of HR experience and a strong interest in HR technology and data-driven solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and HR operations, with a solid understanding of employee data management and processes
  • Strong proficiency in HR information management systems and Excel, with proven ability to support, configure, and optimize system workflows, reporting, and data processes; experience with Oracle HCM is considered an asset.
  • Experience in training and change management, including developing materials and supporting adoption in operational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Collaborative and client-focused mindset, with the ability to gather requirements, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
