We are looking for 3 Employee customer service - we have 1 FTE and 2 part time positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • as a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers.Tasks include processing of the daily order flow through order entry,

  • managing the incoming goods

  • inventory management

  • invoicing

  • reporting to customers

  • guiding and handling complaints and irregularities

  • coordinating both national and international shipments,

  • complying with agreed procedures and monitoring compliance with these procedures on behalf of client(s), while specifically taking into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batches/lot numbers, and quantities

  • In the process you are directly in contact with both the customers as our internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality

Requirements:

Candidate - full time

  • Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience

  • Good level of English

  • Dutch it is preferable, but not a hard requirement

  • Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills

  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure

  • Good people manager

  • Be able to push back to customers/transporters

  • Capable of working in a team

  • Good practice in MS office.

  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems it is preferable

Candidate - part-time

  • Minimum MBO+ level of education

  • Experience in a role in Customer Service and/or logistics is a pré

  • Good level of English

  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch

  • Accurate worker

  • Works well individually

  • Good practice in MS office.

  • Experience with WMS/ERP systemsit is preferable

  • A start salary between €3034 and €3840 gross monthly based on 40 hours

  • During start-up, we expect the candidate to work fully from the office

  • 8% holiday pay

  • 25 days of leave

  • A good pension
