About the role

We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to help build how we communicate across Adobe Romania, both internally and externally.

In this role, you’ll work across a range of initiatives, from employee communications and leadership messaging to external storytelling, press materials, social media, and community events.

You’ll transform complex topics into clear, engaging content and ensure our messages are consistent, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and deliver communications that support business priorities and key initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to craft clear, authentic messages for internal audiences (e.g., all-hands, Q&A sessions, organizational updates)
  • Develop and manage content across channels, including email, intranet, articles, and event communications
  • Develop external content such as articles, press materials, and storytelling that highlight local initiatives and impact
  • Manage and contribute to social media content, ensuring alignment with messaging, tone, and brand
  • Support and help coordinate events, meetups, and community engagements
  • Conduct and compose internal and external interviews, turning insights into compelling narratives
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand across all communications
  • Translate complex topics into simple, clear, and actionable messages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, comms marketing, operations) to align messaging and execution
  • Gather feedback and measure efficiency to continuously improve communication impact

What you bring

  • Experience in communications, PR, content, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI for writing, content ideation, or efficiency workflows)
  • Strong writing and editing skills across formats (internal comms, articles, press, social media)
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media content
  • Experience working on events, campaigns, or community initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in both internal and external communications
  • Experience in a global organization
  • Familiarity with media relations or press workflows
  • Curiosity about technology and innovation
