Employee Communications Director

Lead the evolution of how TTEC connects, engages, and inspires its global workforce. As a Director, Employee Communications working hybrid in Five Ecom, Pasay, you'll work with executive leadership to formulate enterprise communication vision aligned with employment brand and lead a global team while partnering on initiatives that support business strategy, driving transformation initiatives, and positioning internal communications as a strategic business function—while you #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Craft enterprise communication vision and strategy while personally crafting C-level messaging and leading a global communications team

  • Partner with C-suite to align internal communication with business strategy, brand positioning, and organizational culture aspirations

  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through strategic storytelling, change management, and employee engagement programs

  • Champion measurement innovation and insights capability that positions internal communications as strategic business function

  • Lead organization through crisis, reputation challenges, and transformational change with poise, strategic clarity, and executive partnership

  • Shape organizational communication philosophy, emerging channel strategy, and investment priorities that position company for future success

What you bring to the role

  • Comprehensive internal communications leadership with proven track record building functions, advising executives, and driving business outcomes at scale

  • Exceptional English and executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision-making and develop senior communication talent globally

  • Ability to work primarily US hours while leading with enterprise mindset and global perspective, ensuring communication function serves as strategic business partner across organization

  • Masterful writer and editor who personally creates most sensitive organizational content while setting standards for team excellence

  • Strategic insights leader who connects communication measurement to business performance and uses data to drive organizational decisions

  • Seamlessly integrates hands-on content leadership with functional strategy, organizational development, and enterprise-level influence
